Digital Products — Nothing Ships
Most of what we sell is digital: PDF workbooks, trainer's manuals, journals, planners, and online courses. These are not shipped and carry no shipping cost.
Your download link is emailed to the address you enter at checkout, normally within minutes of your purchase.
If your download does not arrive:
- Check your spam, junk, or promotions folder
- Confirm the email address you entered at checkout was correct
- Email us at indiagrit123@gmail.com and we will send the file to you directly
We would rather hear from you than have you sit waiting. There is no time limit on asking.
Physical Products — Printed Books
Printed books are shipped within the United States.
- Orders are processed as promptly as possible after payment clears.
- You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
- Delivery times vary by carrier and destination.
- Shipping costs, where they apply, are calculated at checkout before you pay.
If your order arrives damaged, email us a photo at indiagrit123@gmail.com and we will replace it at no cost to you.
If your tracking has not updated or your order seems lost, contact us and we will look into it with the carrier and make it right.
Orders With Both Digital and Physical Items
Your digital items are delivered by email immediately. Your physical items ship separately. You do not need to wait for one to receive the other.
International Orders
If you are ordering from outside the United States, please contact us at indiagrit123@gmail.com before purchasing a physical book so we can confirm availability and cost. All digital products are available worldwide with no shipping involved.
