Refund Policy

We want you to be delighted with your purchase. Because our products are digital downloads that cannot be returned once accessed, all sales are generally final.

That said, we stand behind our work. If your file is damaged, incomplete, or you were charged in error, contact us within 14 days of purchase and we’ll gladly repair the file, resend it, or issue a fair resolution.

This policy does not affect any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer law.
